Crashday is a destruction derby/racing/car stunts game co-developed by Replay Studios, Moonbyte Games and published by Atari. It was released in February 2006. The game combines various styles of preceding racing games. Several modes are available, including several race variants, a Destruction Derby-like arena, various capture-the-flag variants, and stunt competition. The cars can be upgraded to have weapons, similar to those in Full Auto, with which to attack competitors in both race and arena modes. The stunt mode involves the player driving around a purpose-built stunt track, performing flips, rolls and other stunts to receive points. The more combo stunts you perform, the more points you receive. The hold the flag mode contains a flag that should be driven through a number of randomly selected checkpoints. The flag can be stolen from another player by toughing his/her car. Race mode includes a mode whereby the last car on each lap is destroyed. There is also a race type called bomb run mode featuring a minimum speed that rises with each checkpoint to avoid a bomb being detonated, in reference to the movie Speed
Damage is taken to the car as an overall percentage, which causes the car to be "wrecked" at 100%. The lights, windscreens and body trim can all be smashed from the vehicle and wheel and suspension damage is also modelled (affecting the car's actual driving performance). Furthermore the cars geometry deforms through collisions, again effecting the cars stability. Though these features are not immediately apparent due to the games 'arcade' feel that allow continual collisions without noticeable damage (there is no realism settings in the options menus), the game can in fact be easily modified to allow a more realistic damage model by editing the simple text in the games configuration file. There are many car types available for purchase as well as a system of upgrades. Many of these are cosmetic in nature, however the cars can be armoured to absorb less damage from impacts and gunfire - as well as being reinforced to better resist collision damage (and cause more to other cars). Cars will then take very little damage in collisions against the front of their vehicles. The car's engine performance can be increased, and other more cosmetic improvements include wheels, trims and paint schemes.

Moto Racer 2 is a motocross racing game developed by Delphine Software International and published by Electronic Arts for the PlayStation and Microsoft Windows. It is part of the Moto Racer series, and is the sequel to Moto Racer. Moto Racer 2 has more courses than its predecessor, and added a level editor. Quake III Arena (also known as Quake 3; abbreviated as Q3A or Q3), is a multiplayer-focused first-person shooter video game. The game was developed by id Software and featured music composed by Sonic Mayhem and Front Line Assembly. Quake III Arena is the third in the series and differs from previous games by excluding a traditional single-player element and focusing on multi-player action. The single-player is instead played against computer controlled bots in a similar style to Unreal Tournament.

Football Manager 2014 (abbreviated to Football Manager 14, or more commonly FM14) is a football management simulation video game developed by Sports Interactive and published by Sega. It was released on Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux on October 30, 2013. A handheld version titled Football Manager Handheld 2014 was released for iOS and Android on November 14, 2013. A PlayStation Vita version titled Football Manager Classic 2014 will be released in the near future.
The game is now integrated with Steam Workshop providing an alternative method for sharing content such as photo/logo packs, competitions and user created challenges using the new Challenge Editor.
FM14 features a revamped transfer module where opposing clubs and managers adopt a more realistic approach when making or responding to transfer offers. In addition, a number of new ‘real world’ transfer clauses have been added, such as the ability to loan a player back to the club he’s just been bought from and the option to offer a combination of cash and loan players, as well as new contract clauses such as a sub bench appearance fee. The old ‘turn-based’ system of transfer negotiations can now be done two ways, the tried and tested system and a new ‘live’ system, similar to that used in Football Manager's contract negotiations.
Interaction between players, managers, their rivals and the media has been improved. For example, members of the coaching staff now offer feedback on how reserve and youth team players are performing. Managers can also ask key players to have a word with unhappy squad members, while the introduction of an end-of-season meeting allows the manager to let the squad know how they have performed and set targets for the coming season. Contract negotiations are more realistic in the game, as managers and boards can now make demands and lay down their visions for the club in both initial job interviews and contract renewal discussions.
Managers can attempt to renegotiate transfer and wage budgets as a reward for staying loyal if they’ve been offered a job by another club, with the outcome helping to aid their decision on whether to move or not.
The news system has been overhauled so managers can now deal with many club matters directly from their inbox. In addition, news is now colour-coded, based on category, and contains more detail – for example, scout reports now appear as a single news item with a top-line report on all players scouted and the facility to short-list or make an offer for each of these players.

Stronghold 2 is a real time strategy computer game released in April 2005 in which the player develops a stronghold in the middle ages. It is the sequel to Stronghold, released in 2001, also by Firefly Studios.
The game engine was enhanced over the original Stronghold to provide full 3-dimensional graphics, although the assembly code is all in one subroutine. Other changes include new military and peace campaigns and the addition of crime and punishment, allowing players to torture unruly peasants. A number of new characters were also introduced.
In the game, the player plays as a lord who rules over a medieval castle. With his available resources, the player places buildings or features, including many different kinds of food production, industry, civil, or military buildings and defences. Available peasants automatically choose jobs whenever a building requires one, so player micromanagement is minimal, he mostly needs to set up the various buildings in an efficient way while providing safety for his peasants. Military units are directly controlled individually or in groups, sometimes quite large with sieges or battles involving many hundreds on each side. One new addition to the original stronghold is the inclusion of estates, that a player can "buy" with his accumulated honor (gained by popularity, holding feasts, dances, jousting, etc.). Estates are semi-independent villages (without castle fortifications) that produce their own goods that the owner can send through carts to his castle or his allies. The inclusion of fully 3D-rendered graphics allowed Stronghold 2 to include tower interiors as battlegrounds for units, and the ability to go observe castle inhabitants very closely, which is useful considering the new features of waste & rat management. As in the original Stronghold, players can choose very different styles of play modes: Kingmaker, Siege, War Campaign, Peace Campaign, Freeplay, Custom scenario, and in Multiplayer (Hosted by Gamespy). An extensive map editor allows for endless replayability.

Mortal Kombat is a 2.5D fighting game with 3D graphics and the ninth main installment in the Mortal Kombat series. It is a reboot of the franchise and was developed by NetherRealm Studios (formerly known as Midway Studios) and published exclusively under the Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game was released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 systems in April 2011, and a PlayStation Vita port was released in May 2012. A content-packed version of the game, titled Mortal Kombat: Komplete Edition was released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in February 2012 and for Microsoft Windows in July 2013.
Although set directly after Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, the game focuses on the earliest period in the Mortal Kombat series, the trilogy of Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat II and Mortal Kombat 3. The storyline involves the divine protector of Earth, Raiden, attempting to change the aftermath of the events of Armageddon by contacting his past self as he faces defeat at the hands of the evil emperor of Outworld Shao Kahn. The game also features a return to the gameplay style roots of the Mortal Kombat series, with fights taking place in a two-dimensional plane but with characters and levels rendered in 3D.
Upon release, Mortal Kombat received positive reviews and won several awards for fighting game of the year. It was also a commercial success, selling more than two million copies in just the first month. Due to its extremely violent content, the game was banned in Australia and South Korea as well as being indexed in Germany; the Australian ban was later lifted and the game was released there in May 2013.
Principal gameplay involves one-on-one fighting in a single 2D fighting plane (at 60 frames per second), although characters are rendered in three-dimensional fashion, the intent being to give depth and range to portrayals of various projectiles. Unlike previous Mortal Kombat games, four buttons on the game controller represent attacks and are each linked to a corresponding limb.
A new feature is the "super meter", which can be charged by various actions during battle such as performing special moves, getting hits blocked by the opponent, or getting hit by them. The super meter can be charged to three levels, each of them enabling a different action to be performed. At the first level, it can be used to deliver an enhanced version of one of the character's special attacks; two levels can be used to interrupt a combo attack, and the full three levels allow for the delivery of a special attack called an "X-ray move". The X-ray move unleashes a series of attacks during which the camera provides an internal view of the character being attacked, which shows their bones and organs being broken or ruptured.
